The Pacific Intelligence and Innovation Initiative (P3I) supports Hawai’i defense career pathways in IT, cyber, data analytics and intelligence. It is managed by the Hawaii Defense Alliance and supported by the Hawai’i Congressional Delegation.
P3I and the Military Affairs Council of the Chamber of Commerce Hawai‘i hosted an externship for local educators learn about the career opportunities within U.S. Army Pacific. The externship highlighted the benefits of having talented local civilians trained in technology skill sets working alongside service members on O‘ahu.

On July 6, 2023, P3I and 23 teachers, counselors, district resource teachers and state education specialists visited the Naval Warfare Information Center (NIWC).
The Pacific Intelligence Innovation Initiative (P3I) is managed by the Hawaii Defense Alliance and supported by Hawaiʻi congressional delegates. P3I is committed to supporting economic development in Hawaiʻi by creating jobs and opportunities for Hawaiʻi’s students, businesses and military.
