Mission
P3I supports the development of career pathways, certificates and accreditations, internships, outreach and training programs to transition students, professionals and qualified personnel to Hawai‘i-based companies and Department of Defense.
OUTCOMES & OBJECTIVES
Economic Growth for Hawaiʻi = Expanded Opportunities
Beyond hospitality and construction, advocating for Department of Defense careers in intelligence, data science, IT, electronic warfare, cybersecurity and more.
Foster Careers, Create Curricula
Through high school, two-/four-year degree programs, internships and placement into these career fields.
Increase Certifications & Training
Expand certificate and training programs to qualify for meaningful careers.
Maintain A Regional Presence
Expand programs, job fairs, workshops and more statewide.
