The Pacific Intelligence and Innovation Initiative (P3I) is working to create a skilled workforce to meet the demand within the Department of Defense (DoD) for intelligence, IT, cyber, electronic warfare, and data science professionals in Hawaiʻi.

Mission

P3I supports the development of career pathways, certificates and accreditations, internships, outreach and training programs to transition students, professionals and qualified personnel to Hawai‘i-based companies and Department of Defense.
